The Real Estate – Senior Associate role in Dubai offers the opportunity to join a leading Middle East Real Estate & Construction practice within a globally integrated international law firm. The team advises public and private real estate developers, large corporates, global and regional financial investors, asset managers, lenders, operators, and brands on complex and high-profile mandates across the region. The work encompasses large-scale development projects, direct and indirect investment transactions, real estate financing, and major hospitality and entertainment sector deals. The Senior Associate will play a leading role in advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and asset due diligence, while also contributing to real estate finance matters. The position requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to deliver practical legal solutions, and experience supervising junior lawyers and trainees. The role involves hands-on client engagement from the outset, collaboration with lawyers across practice areas and offices, and participation in a supportive and high-performing team environment. Candidates must demonstrate first-class legal ability, exceptional drafting and analytical skills, a practical commercial approach, and a consistent record of academic excellence, along with prior experience at a high-profile international law firm.
