Job description
As the HR Business Partner for KSA, you will lead and execute the human capital strategy across the Kingdom for a leading retail group. This role is deeply embedded in the organizationās business operations and will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR planning, succession management, recruitment, performance development, and nationalization efforts. You will partner closely with regional HR teams and line management to ensure robust execution of people plans, while proactively contributing to talent development, cost management, and a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities
- Manpower planning for the concept based on sales growth and productivity targets. Monitor budget vs actuals and take necessary actions as required.
- Maintain People cost % against agreed budget/target, highlight and propose corrective action in case of variance.
- Drive Nationalization and diversity in the business unit.
- Prepare standard HR metrics/dashboard & highlight areas to focus based on insights.
- Responsible for all recruitment at Corporate Office and Regional Office for all grade.
- Succession planning for Top Store Managers, Area Managers, RCBH and other above store critical roles for the concept in KSA.
- Ensure robust IDPs in place for HiPo talent and monitor progress, timely readiness for next potential role as per plan.
- Ensuring Talent Review roll out for all Store Manager and above happens along with IDPs for all HiPOs at Store Manager, Cluster Manager and Area Manager level.
- Manage and execute the Graduate Trainee program.
- Work closely with Regional HR BPs to ensure concept HR plans are executed.
- Participate in store engagement, recruitment etc. activities.
- Ensure all concept initiatives are communicated, executed in the regions.
- Work with RHRBPs to get the yearly task completed ā eg. Performance Appraisals, Talent Reviews, SMDP/SDP assessments, placements etc.
- Support business leaders to execute the people agenda for the concept.
- Partner in new initiatives, key projects and support communicate, execute.
- Handle information and grievance with confidentiality.
- Provide information to make right decisions ā eg. Attrition, incentives etc.
- Collaborate with internal & external partners to achieve projects/clients related needs & company goals.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience & skills
- Manpower planning experience aligned with business growth and productivity targets.
- Strong budget vs actuals monitoring and people cost management.
- Experience in driving nationalization and diversity programs.
- Competence in preparing HR dashboards and performance metrics.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience across corporate and regional levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing IDPs and succession planning.
- Strong knowledge of talent review processes and HiPo tracking.
- Graduate trainee program execution experience.
- Familiarity working with regional HR business partners.
- Capability to lead annual HR processes (appraisals, talent reviews, assessments).
- Experience in handling attrition, grievances and incentive structuring.
- Able to support business strategy through HR interventions.
- Strong HR operational and project execution skills.
- Bachelorās degree required.
