Job description
As a Technical & Project Management Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading and managing complex projects in the Physical Security domain. You will be responsible for advanced technical support, live product demos, strategic coordination with end-users, and ensuring successful solution delivery in collaboration with channel partners. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to support sales growth, deliver customer excellence, and manage mega project opportunities. You will work closely with global and regional teams to align on new product introductions, market entries, and ongoing service issues, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day advanced technical supports.
- Support POCs and demos to win integrated solutions to win and support mega projects opportunities to support sales growth.
- Align with Global Tech Support GDMs to support NPIs and Entry Into Market, In Service Issues.
- Liaise with channel partners and end-users to ensure the pre-requisites for a successful solution delivery.
- Develop project plans and schedules to ensure and elevate customer experience.
- Co-ordinate with Technical Team, Sales Team, Offering Team and Back Office Engineering teams to arrange NPI and new features required for the region.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Physical Security domain as a technical expert with project management experience.
- Prior experience as Advanced Technical Subject Matter Expert or Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge and field experience in Physical Security domain (Access, CCTV, Intrusion), Fire, BMS / HVAC systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
