Job description
Thousands of tyre, lubricant, battery, parts, accessory and workshop equipment SKUs from more than 25 suppliers have to be available at the right time and cost across Central Trading Company, and this Product Planning Manager in Dubai is accountable for making that happen. A multi-year planning strategy sets service levels, safety stock and min/max parameters in line with revenue and margin goals. Sales & Operations Planning brings Demand, Supply, Commercial and Finance together for scenario planning and executive trade-offs between availability, cost and cash. Statistical forecasts are refined with market and promotion inputs, then turned into SAP replenishment plans that optimise reorder points, lead times and MOQs across warehouses and branches. Supplier selection, long-term agreements and negotiations on price, terms and service levels sit with you, alongside landed cost and cost-to-serve tracking with Finance. Fill rate, OTIF, inventory turns and E&O exits are managed closely, supported by Power BI dashboards and exception alerts. Four planners report to you, and Lean or Six Sigma methods help remove waste. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, business or engineering and 10+ years in planning or supply chain within automotive distribution, trading, FMCG or retail, with strong SAP and Power BI skills and a master's degree, PMP or Lean Six Sigma an advantage.
