Job description
Retail banking operations sit at the centre of this integration, from customer servicing and branch and back-office processes to cards and payments. Emirates NBD is bringing RBL Operations into Group Operations, and this Senior Manager coordinates assigned operational workstreams alongside RBL counterparts and ENBD Operations teams. Detailed execution plans keep milestones, dependencies and actions visible, while TOM implementation actions are followed through to completion. Much of the analysis involves mapping product servicing processes, backlogs, ownership, capacity and handoffs, then spotting overlaps that can be rationalised or centralised. Pricing and benchmarking inputs also come up for review. Procedures and service routines need standardising, and improvements to STP and productivity are tracked as measurable benefits. Governance meetings, dashboards and status reports keep stakeholders aligned, with risks, issues and blockers escalated through the right forums. Readiness trackers, transition playbooks and cutover and stabilisation actions carry the work through migration. Candidates need 8+ years, including 4+ in banking or financial services, along with PMP or PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma. An MBA, Lean certification and merger integration experience are preferred.
