The Senior Sales Analyst β Inside Sales role is based in Dubai within a leading internet and e-commerce environment, operating under Bayut & dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, which manages multiple classified brands with over 123 million monthly users across the UAE. The role is responsible for analysing sales performance, conducting revenue forecasting, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams to optimise sales strategies, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, international, and entrepreneurial environment. The role involves analysing sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, as well as developing and maintaining sales performance dashboards and reports covering KPIs, quotas, pipeline performance, and win/loss metrics. The Senior Sales Analyst supports annual and quarterly planning cycles, evaluates sales effectiveness across regions, products, channels, and customer segments, and contributes to optimising territory design, quotas, and incentive structures. Additional responsibilities include conducting pricing analysis, discount analysis, and margin analysis to improve commercial outcomes, as well as performing ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive-level decision-making. The role ensures data integrity across CRM systems and reporting tools, leveraging BI tools such as Looker Studio and advanced Excel capabilities. The position also involves presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner, while mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the development of best practices in analytics. The role operates within a high-performance, multicultural organization focused on delivering best-in-class online search experiences and digital marketplace solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, supporting data-driven decision-making across sales and commercial functions
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports including KPIs, quotas, pipeline metrics, and win/loss analysis using Excel and BI tools such as Looker Studio
- Support annual and quarterly planning processes by providing revenue forecasting, performance insights, and strategic recommendations
- Evaluate sales effectiveness across regions, products, channels, and customer segments to optimise performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with sales leadership to design and optimise territories, quotas, and incentive structures to drive sales productivity and efficiency
- Conduct pricing, discount, and margin analysis to improve profitability and support commercial decision-making
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and executive-level decisions
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM systems and reporting platforms to maintain reliable analytics outputs
- Present insights, reports, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and structured manner
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and processes in analytics and reporting
Experience & skills
- Possess a Bachelorβs degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field supporting strong analytical capabilities
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics roles within internet or e-commerce companies, working closely with product and commercial teams
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using BI tools such as Looker Studio for data visualization and reporting
- Show experience working with CRM systems and maintaining data integrity across reporting and analytics platforms
- Demonstrate strong expertise in sales data analysis, revenue forecasting, KPI tracking, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting
- Possess experience in pricing, discount, and margin analysis to support commercial and financial decision-making
- Exhibit ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams
- Demonstrate strong capability in presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and actionable format
- Show strong written and verbal proficiency in English for communication and reporting purposes
- Demonstrate passion for data, metrics, and analytics with the ability to perform ad hoc analysis and support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
