The Senior Account Manager for Security and Access Solutions (SAS) at Honeywell in the United Arab Emirates is responsible for full ownership of the sales management function, including sales forecasting, performance results, and the continued development of the SAS UAE sales operation. The role focuses on reinforcing and maintaining the reputation of the Security and Access Solutions segment as a market leader delivering innovative enterprise security products, high-quality customer service, customer satisfaction, and ethical business relationships. The position involves planning and executing business strategies to achieve agreed regional objectives and budgeted targets for sales and revenue while maintaining strong operational efficiency, employee team morale, and motivation. The Senior Account Manager develops and implements annual detailed sales plans and continuously monitors sales performance through weekly sales forecasts and operational reviews. Responsibilities include outlining commercial activities aligned with approved business plans and budgets, organizing and controlling business development initiatives, ensuring profitability while maximizing sales opportunities, and conducting regular business reviews to assess sales performance and responsiveness to market segment changes. The role requires analyzing and evaluating product requirements and customer requirements to identify opportunities and ensure enterprise pipeline strength. The position also requires continuous monitoring of competitive segment share, market conditions, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making. Collaboration with product marketing and product management teams is essential to identify market challenges and opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies. The Senior Account Manager maintains close relationships with major customers, including leading consultants and key end users, through regular engagement programs and site visits. Additional responsibilities include organizing customer engagement initiatives such as exhibitions, promotions, and sales presentations, while maintaining statistical analysis of customer activities and required internal documentation to support accurate reporting and sales performance tracking. The role supports enterprise security business growth within key sectors including industrial and Oil & Gas environments and contributes to Honeywellās broader mission of delivering innovative solutions across automation, aerospace technologies, building automation, energy transition, and sustainability solutions powered by Honeywell Forge software.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the sales management function for the Security and Access Solutions (SAS) UAE operation, ensuring achievement or exceeding of budgeted sales and operating income targets
- Develop annual detailed sales plans and maintain weekly sales forecasts to monitor performance and drive sales growth
- Outline commercial strategies aligned with business plans and budgets to achieve regional sales objectives and revenue targets
- Organize, plan, review, and control business development activities to maximize sales performance at acceptable profitability levels
- Conduct regular business performance reviews and provide feedback on sales operation performance and market responsiveness
- Analyze and evaluate product requirements and customer requirements to align solutions with enterprise client needs
- Maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline to support long-term sales growth and project acquisition
- Collect and analyze data related to competitive market share, segment performance, and industry conditions
- Collaborate with product marketing and product management teams to identify market opportunities, product challenges, and sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, consultants, and key end users through structured engagement programs
- Organize and manage major customer events, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and sales presentations
- Maintain statistical analysis of customer activities and ensure all internal documentation and reporting requirements are completed accurately
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of commercial sales experience within the Enterprise Security sector
- Demonstrate expertise in enterprise security solutions and security and access solutions sales within technology-driven environments
- Exhibit a strong entrepreneurial and results-driven sales approach with proven ability to drive sales growth
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal capabilities with the ability to build strategic relationships internally and externally
- Possess strong customer-oriented value selling capabilities to deliver tailored enterprise solutions
- Show proactive business development capabilities to identify, pursue, and close enterprise project opportunities
- Maintain strong pipeline management practices to sustain long-term enterprise sales opportunities
- Demonstrate experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product marketing and product management
- Possess strong presentation capabilities for delivering effective sales presentations, customer demonstrations, and industry event engagements
- Have familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other customer relationship management platforms for pipeline tracking and sales reporting
- Demonstrate knowledge or exposure to vertical industries such as Oil & Gas and industrial enterprise environments
