The Onsite Operations Specialist at Fever is responsible for supporting and improving operational efficiency across company-wide projects within a global technology-driven live entertainment platform. The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of events, user operations, partner operations, and internal processes across multiple countries and product lines. The specialist participates in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving business performance, optimizing operational workflows, and enhancing customer and partner experiences. The position involves leading or co-leading projects with support from senior team members, ensuring delivery within defined objectives, timelines, and quality standards. It requires conducting in-depth data analysis to identify optimal solutions for operational challenges, considering factors such as customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and profitability. The role collaborates closely with stakeholders across different departments to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. A key aspect of the role is identifying areas for continuous improvement and contributing to strategy development for operational excellence across the business. The specialist works in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making are essential. Key responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional, company-wide operational improvement projects focused on enhancing efficiency, performance, and execution across multiple business areas
- Lead or support project execution under senior guidance, ensuring delivery of defined objectives, milestones, and timelines while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify optimal solutions for operational challenges, evaluating factors such as cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability within the organization
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs
- Support event operations, user operations, and partner operations to ensure smooth execution of live entertainment experiences across multiple markets
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights using data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and visualization platforms to support decision-making
- Monitor operational performance and provide recommendations to improve processes, tools, and workflows across the organization
Experience & skills
- Apply 1–2 years of experience in operations, consulting, or technology-related roles with exposure to project or process management
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making and operational improvements
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools for reporting and analysis purposes
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Apply strong communication and interpersonal skills to support project coordination and operational execution
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic environment
