The Director of Strategic Partnerships at Core42 is responsible for developing and executing high-impact partnership strategies within the AI and cloud landscape. The role entails identifying and cultivating relationships with key partners such as NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Dell, and Oracle to drive long-term business growth. Key responsibilities include leading complex partner negotiations, integrating solutions with cross-functional teams, developing co-branded offerings, and building governance frameworks to prioritize strategic initiatives. The director will analyze market trends and emerging technologies to ensure partnerships contribute to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and ecosystem expansion. A core aspect involves providing strategic insights to leadership and representing Core42 at key industry events. The candidate must have over 7 years of experience in the tech sector, a bachelor’s degree, and deep knowledge of AI and cloud infrastructures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Tableau, and a proven track record of building successful partnerships, are essential. Preferred qualifications include direct AI/cloud experience and established industry relationships. Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Have 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within the tech sector
- Demonstrate knowledge of AI technologies including machine learning, generative AI, and data analytics
- Be experienced in cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Show proven success in building and managing technology partnerships
- Exhibit strong strategic thinking and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
- Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for influencing senior stakeholders
- Be proficient in data-driven decision-making using tools like Salesforce and Tableau
- Have direct experience in AI solution development or cloud architecture (preferred)
- Maintain established relationships within the AI and cloud ecosystem (preferred)
