Job description
The Specialist – Ticketing role within the Sports and Entertainment Company, Corallium, is responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and customer-focused ticketing services to visitors. The position ensures seamless entry experiences by processing ticket sales, refunds, and adjustments using approved ticketing systems and POS platforms, while maintaining strict compliance with financial, safety, and data-protection procedures. The role represents Corallium’s hospitality values through professional guest interaction, supports visitor flow and queue management, coordinates with reception and visitor experience teams, and contributes directly to guest satisfaction and commercial performance through reliable service and promotion of events, activities, and visitor packages.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Process ticket sales, refunds, and adjustments accurately using approved ticketing systems and POS
- Welcome guests, verify tickets, and provide information on pricing, offers, packages, and visitor programs
- Ensure all financial transactions are completed correctly and securely in line with company policies
- Support the Supervisor – Reception Ticketing with daily sales monitoring, reporting, and reconciliations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and courteously
- Coordinate with reception and visitor experience teams to manage entry queues and group visits
- Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and functionality of ticketing counters and systems
- Follow all cash handling procedures including end-of-day balancing and reporting
- Promote Corallium events, activities, and packages to increase visitor participation and revenue
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and data-protection guidelines during ticketing operations
Experience & skills
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- Possess a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in ticketing, cashiering, or front-office operations
- Demonstrate experience in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment environments
- Show working knowledge of POS and ticketing systems with strong attention to detail
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be fluent in English; Arabic language capability is an advantage
