Job description
Al-Futtaim's Global Treasury Centre in Dubai handles treasury for a group spanning automotive, financial services, real estate, retail and health, and this Senior Manager supports the Head of Controlling on its governance. Treasury Policies, SOPs, SLAs, DOAs, RACI matrices and operating models are developed and kept up to date, with adoption tracked across Global Treasury, GBS and business divisions. Transformation work targets standardisation, automation, stronger controls and efficiency. Strategic projects under governance include Cash Pooling, an In-House Bank, Trade Finance digitisation and treasury technology initiatives. AI governance is a growing strand, with stage-gate controls for AI development and a Treasury AI strategy delivered alongside EIT and the AI office. Treasury reports, P&L, balance sheet positions and operating costs are reviewed and analysed so management gets actionable insight. Internal and external auditors deal with you as their primary contact, and the target is zero repeat high-risk findings. Expect to bring a CA, CFA, CPA or equivalent, at least 5 years managing treasury operations and controls in a large organisation, advanced knowledge of banking, hedging and trade finance, and proficiency in SAP TRM and Power BI.
