The Visual Merchandising Manager – Dubai Mall is responsible for coordinating all visual merchandising activities within the Dubai Mall fashion boutique, reporting to the Retail Visual Merchandising Manager and leading a team of in-store Visual Merchandisers. The role drives the implementation of impactful visual merchandising strategies that enhance client experience and reflect brand vitality, ensuring excellence in collection presentation, image standards, and operational execution. Responsibilities include planning and executing collection launches, boutique animations, and celebrations based on product deliveries and buys, ensuring timely delivery of VM tools, and preparing and implementing product category zoning in advance of collection redress. The position requires independent adaptation of global VM guidelines into the boutique context while maintaining alignment with brand image and collection storytelling. The manager collaborates closely with Sales Managers, Boutique Director, and stock teams to integrate commercial priorities into displays, support rotations, and align visual merchandising with business objectives. The role includes proposing strategic VM updates based on boutique performance and product priorities, monitoring and analyzing VM impact through feedback and commercial insights, and sharing findings and recommendations. It also involves educating boutique teams on the creative direction of window displays and interior displays, raising awareness of VM’s role during morning briefings, ensuring clear communication of VM changes to boutique management, and supporting collection launches in other boutiques as needed, all while adhering to brand procedures and maintaining high standards of operational excellence in a luxury fashion retail environment.
