Job description
The Director – Broker Management – Residential at Qiddiya Investment Company will lead the department responsible for supporting residential sales and leasing brokers. This Riyadh-based, on-site leadership role requires extensive experience in residential real estate sales and a deep understanding of broker dynamics, including sensitivities related to private offices and HNWI broker interactions. The position entails developing a comprehensive broker management strategy aligned with company objectives, building strong broker networks, monitoring market trends, and optimizing broker performance. The director will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align broker activities, lead training initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the broker management budget. A key part of the role is overseeing broker performance and implementing strategic improvements. Candidates must have more than 10 years of experience in broker management, particularly within the Middle East, a proven track record of successful broker relationship management, and strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.

Experience & skills

- Demonstrate 10+ years of experience in a broker management or related role
- Show a proven track record of developing successful broker relationships and driving transactions
- Exhibit leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management
- Display excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
