Job description
The Content Designer – Localization Expert role focuses on combining agent enablement, localization, and content design to ensure customer experience content and training materials are fully localized for the KSA market. The role is responsible for translating complex product updates, policies, workflows, and operational changes into high-quality Arabic content that is culturally resonant, Khaleeji-appropriate, and aligned with Tabby’s tone of voice and operational accuracy. Positioned at the intersection of Customer Experience operations, product readiness, and content strategy, the role ensures that KSA agents are equipped with clear, relevant, and practical learning materials. The position includes creating and localizing guides, FAQs, walkthroughs, quick-reference materials, and eLearning assets, maintaining Arabic style guides and glossaries, and continuously optimizing training and knowledge content using usability, QA, CSAT, and usage insights.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Create high-quality, actionable Arabic content for agents including guides, FAQs, walkthroughs, quick-reference materials, and eLearning assets
- Localize English training modules and knowledge base articles into Khaleeji-appropriate Arabic while preserving tone of voice and operational accuracy
- Build culturally relevant templates and scripts tailored to KSA agents
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Training teams to co-design localized content for product and process changes
- Support trainers and subject matter experts in adapting training and enablement materials
- Maintain, iterate, and optimize Arabic training and knowledge content for clarity, accuracy, and usability
- Establish and maintain an Arabic style guide and glossary covering Khaleeji register, plain-language Arabic, and RTL design standards
- Own localization and content design projects end-to-end following ramp-up, serving as the primary Arabic enablement point of contact
- Apply continuous improvement practices based on QA feedback, CSAT results, and content usage insights
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate native-level Arabic proficiency with Khaleeji fluency and strong English language skills
- Have experience in content design, training, localization, or knowledge management
- Show proven ability to adapt content for multilingual and culturally diverse teams
- Possess hands-on experience with content and design tools including Figma, Canva, Articulate Rise or Storyline, Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and LMS tools
- Exhibit strong writing and editing skills focused on plain language, clarity, cultural accuracy, and adaptability across formats
- Demonstrate familiarity with UX principles, RTL design, and content usability
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the customer service industry
- Show experience localizing training or knowledge base content for GCC markets
- Demonstrate ability to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality under pressure
