The Assistant Project Manager β Tamheer role at Nice One is a project support and coordination position designed to assist project managers in the delivery of cross-functional programs within a fast-paced e-commerce and marketing-driven environment. The role supports planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day project activities such as scheduling, task tracking, and status reporting, while coordinating with internal teams including design, development, product, marketing, and operations, as well as external vendors. The role requires maintaining comprehensive project documentation including project plans, timelines, meeting minutes, action logs, risk registers, and change requests to ensure transparency and control. The Assistant Project Manager prepares status reports and stakeholder presentations summarizing progress, milestones, and next steps, while supporting communication between project managers and stakeholders. The position also involves resource coordination and capacity planning by tracking team assignments and dependencies to optimize delivery efficiency. Additional responsibilities include supporting financial tracking such as budget monitoring, invoice coordination, and expense reconciliation. The role contributes to project governance by assisting in scheduling key meetings such as kick-offs, steering committees, and retrospectives, and ensuring follow-up on action items. It also supports continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned and helping implement standard operating procedures. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in daily project execution including scheduling, task tracking, and status reporting to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Coordinate with internal departments such as design, development, product, marketing, and operations, as well as external vendors to manage updates and resolve dependencies
- Maintain and update project documentation including project plans, timelines, meeting minutes, action logs, risk registers, and change requests
- Prepare project status reports and stakeholder presentations summarizing progress, milestones, risks, and next steps
- Support resource coordination and capacity planning by tracking assignments, availability, and inter-team dependencies
- Assist in project financial tracking including budget monitoring, invoice coordination, and expense reconciliation
- Support project governance activities including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items
- Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and supporting implementation of standard processes and best practices
Experience & skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience under Tamheer program eligibility
- 0β2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, internships, or academic project environments
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting and documentation
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
