Huspy operates across four countries and fifteen cities, from Dubai where it launched in 2020 to Spain, Saudi Arabia, and Italy, and this Mortgages Team Lead role sits inside that growth story managing and developing a team of fifteen or more Mortgage Consultants in Abu Dhabi. Monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets sit at the center of the job, alongside high standards of governance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will lead, coach, and manage team performance through individual development plans, onboarding, and ramp up, while delivering on sales targets each month and quarter. Hands on enablement runs across CRM systems, mortgage processes, and industry best practices to keep the team sharp. Customer experience management extends to escalations and complex cases that need a steady hand. Compliance with internal governance and banking regulations has to hold throughout every deal. Cross functional collaboration with other teams helps improve efficiency and service delivery, and this role also contributes to hiring, scaling, and strategic growth initiatives as the mortgage business expands. Strong mortgage sales expertise and coaching capability matter here as much as a results driven mindset in a target driven setting.
