Job description
The Sales Account Manager at Bayut & dubizzle manages and grows relationships with used car dealers, upsells financing, insurance, and evaluation services, and drives partner adoption and revenue growth. Success is measured by partner retention, service uptake, and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of partner dealers, ensuring strong engagement and relationship management

- Drive adoption of services to generate revenue and optimize partner operations
- Understand partner workflows and recommend customized solutions
- Monitor partner performance and proactively take steps to optimize outcomes
- Onboard new partners and train them to use platform services effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner experience
Experience & skills
- Secondary education minimum; Bachelorβs preferred
- 2β5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in automotive, fintech, SaaS, or insurance
- Knowledge of the automotive ecosystem and industry trends
- CRM software experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Arabic)
- Results-driven mindset with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage pipeline, prioritize tasks, and close deals
- Self-motivated, organized, and independent worker
