Job description
This role is responsible for driving high-volume, fast-cycle recruitment for Hello Chefâs expanding teams. The Recruiter delivers strong candidate pipelines, screens 400â500 CVs per week, conducts structured screening interviews, and maintains clean, accurate hiring pipelines in BambooHR. The position ensures exceptional communication with candidates and hiring managers, upholding the companyâs brand through consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all hiring interactions.

Key responsibilities
- Screen 400â500 CVs per week using clear scorecard-based criteria
- Conduct 15â20 structured video interviews weekly and capture structured notes in BambooHR
- Produce high-quality shortlists of 5â8 candidates per role within 2â3 weeks
- Maintain clean, accurate candidate statuses and documentation in BambooHR daily
- Communicate promptly with all candidates and hiring managers, typically within 24 hours
- Provide concise daily summaries covering CVs screened, interviews completed, shortlists sent, and blockers
- Collaborate with the CEO and hiring managers to align on candidate quality and role expectations
- Ensure every candidate receives a smooth, clear, professional hiring experience
- Apply objective, evidence-based judgment across all hiring decisions
- Represent Hello Chefâs brand values consistently across all communication channels
Experience & skills
- 4â5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple functions
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High level of structure, discipline, and detail orientation
- Ability to manage high-volume screening with accuracy and speed
- Comfortable using BambooHR, LinkedIn, Slack, and similar tools
- Remote-ready: self-managed, organised, and responsive
- Based within ±4 hours of Gulf Standard Time
