Job description
Visual merchandising support across Home Centre's Gulf and India retail stores sits at the centre of this Senior Executive role, with the aim of enhancing the visual appeal of in-store merchandise and getting it replicated consistently. Store formats vary from large to small and medium, and this role coordinates with Area VMMs and Visual Merchandisers to guide implementation across each one. You'll analyse merchandising changes across stores and schedule monthly activities together with Store Management and VMMs. Deviations from set VM standards get identified and reported, keeping the wider network aligned on how merchandising should actually look. Sales get monitored at store and department level, tracking how merchandising choices affect performance over time. The marketing team and territory VM manager stay in regular contact, working together to keep the brand image consistent across every area. Concept Visual Merchandising staff meetings run on schedule with each territory, and training gaps get assessed and addressed through recommended programs. You're expected to bring a Bachelors in Arts or a Diploma in VM or Interior Designing, along with 2 to 5 years of experience including at least one year as a VM in a retail store. Seasonal concept solutions get developed to keep product movement fast and sales climbing, built on standards and methods that stay consistent across the network.
