Job description
Supply chain at Alghanim Industries stretches from logistics and fulfilment through last mile delivery, home installation, returns and marketplace orders, and this Kuwait position improves how all of it works. Projects and process improvement initiatives across those areas are yours to lead. Business and technology teams rely on you as the main link between them, turning operational needs into BRDs, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria. Workshops are a regular feature, as are meetings with Architecture, QA, external vendors and delivery partners. Operational KPIs show where automation and optimisation can help, and potential technology solutions and vendors are assessed through scorecards. Sprint planning, UAT and the approved change backlog are managed in Jira and Confluence across both agile and waterfall projects. Knowledge sharing with analysts in other domains such as Customer, Store and ERP keeps solutions joined up. At least 7 years of business analysis, including 4 in supply chain, logistics, fulfilment or retail operations, is required, and OMS or WMS implementation experience is an advantage.
