The Team Lead – Auto Finance and Bank Evaluation at Dubizzle Cars, part of the Dubizzle Group alongside Bayut and other classified marketplace brands, is responsible for overseeing bank evaluations and auto finance operations while managing team performance through clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and vendor management through key account relationship management. The organization operates one of the UAE’s most widely used online classifieds ecosystems, connecting more than 123 million monthly users across the seven emirates through multiple digital platforms. The role supervises the Affiliates Team and monitors the performance of Account Managers responsible for auto finance and bank evaluation activities. The position includes providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to Account Managers to ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous performance improvement. The Team Lead sets and tracks individual and team performance targets related to auto finance and evaluation activities and implements operational strategies to maximize productivity and ensure targets are achieved or exceeded. Responsibilities include maintaining personal performance targets in evaluations and finance operations while simultaneously managing overall team output. The role ensures timely reporting and daily monitoring of Account Manager activities by implementing workflow tracking processes and systems that maintain operational efficiency. The position also leads onboarding and training processes for new bankers, auto dealers, and freelancers, ensuring their successful integration into the auto finance and evaluation operations. The role involves developing and maintaining partnerships with dealers located in the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions and driving growth in finance and insurance (F&I) revenue streams through these relationships. The Team Lead prepares detailed weekly reports for the Line Manager outlining team performance, operational achievements, challenges, and improvement recommendations, while conducting financial and operational data analysis and trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities. The role requires experience in banking environments providing auto loans and performing bank evaluation processes, strong familiarity with computer systems, and practical experience in customer service operations and training techniques. Effective communication skills in Arabic and English are required to coordinate with internal teams, dealers, financial institutions, and external partners while supporting customer satisfaction and sales performance in a goal-oriented environment.

- Supervise and monitor the performance of Account Managers within the Affiliates Team by tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring adherence to quality standards in auto finance and bank evaluation operations
- Set and manage team performance targets for auto finance and evaluation activities, implement productivity strategies, and maintain personal evaluation and finance performance targets aligned with operational standards
- Monitor daily activities and reporting of Account Managers, implement workflow monitoring systems and reporting processes, and ensure timely operational reporting and activity tracking
- Lead onboarding and training of bankers, auto dealers, and freelancers, provide operational training related to auto finance and bank evaluation processes, and ensure smooth integration into team operations
- Develop and manage dealer partnerships within the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions and grow finance and insurance (F&I) revenue through strategic collaboration with automotive dealers and financial institutions
- Prepare weekly performance reports for the Line Manager, conduct data analysis and trend analysis to evaluate team productivity and operational performance, and recommend strategies to improve finance, evaluation, and sales outcomes
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Demonstrate professional experience working in banking environments providing auto loans and performing bank evaluation processes
- Operate computer systems proficiently to support reporting, performance monitoring, and workflow tracking activities
- Apply customer service operations knowledge and training delivery techniques while supporting team development and operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English to coordinate with customers, dealers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate goal-oriented performance in sales and finance environments while maintaining strong customer service orientation and professional work standards
