The Learning Program Manager â Qudurat & Tahsili (Native Arabic Speaker) is a critical leadership role at Noon Academy, the leading edtech platform in the Middle East serving over 12 million students and teachers and recently backed by $41 million in Series B funding. This full-time, Riyadh-based role owns and advances the learning strategy for Noonâs Qudurat program within a newly invented hybrid learning experience currently operating inside 28 schools in Riyadh and expanding to 100+ schools across the Kingdom. The position leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end learning experience for thousands of students daily, acting as the focal point between teachers, content team, school principals, supervisors, product, engineering, and operations teams. It blends data-driven decision-making, pedagogical leadership, and team leadership with strong emphasis on teacher development, curriculum excellence, and measurable student success. The role champions alignment of learning content, delivery, and instructional practices with national assessment standards while leveraging peer to peer learning, activities, and pedagogical techniques to outperform traditional education. Responsibilities include owning and enhancing the learning strategy for Qudurat and Tahsili programs in alignment with exam frameworks, learning objectives, and student success metrics; architecting and improving a hybrid and AI-enabled learning ecosystem; introducing best-in-class instructional and assessment practices tailored for Qudurat and Tahsili preparation; collaborating with Learning Experience Managers to design, develop, and integrate curriculum, content, assessments, and learning activities; gathering and analyzing student feedback and performance data including mock exams, diagnostics, and engagement metrics; evaluating program impact using data to iterate curriculum and teaching approaches; and translating educational insights into product features, learning tools, and content enhancements in collaboration with product managers, engineers, designers, and business teams. The role also owns curriculum design and content development operations end-to-end for Qudurat programs, ensuring implementation meets organizational standards within Noonâs hybrid learning environment that integrates AI and consumer-facing learning products.

Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously enhance the learning strategy for Qudurat and Tahsili programs, ensuring alignment with exam frameworks, learning objectives, national assessment standards, and defined student success metrics across all participating schools.
- Architect and improve a hybrid and AI-enabled learning ecosystem that delivers measurable improvements in Qudurat student performance and outperforms traditional education through peer to peer learning and structured activities.
- Introduce and institutionalize best-in-class instructional and assessment practices specifically tailored to Qudurat and Tahsili preparation within Noonâs hybrid learning environment.
- Collaborate with Learning Experience Managers to design, develop, and integrate curriculum, content, assessments, and learning activities optimized for Qudurat and Tahsili outcomes, and oversee curriculum design and content development operations end-to-end.
- Gather and analyze student feedback and performance data including mock exams, diagnostics, and engagement metrics to identify learning gaps and iterate curriculum, content, and teaching approaches based on measurable impact.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, school principals, supervisors, and business teams to translate educational insights into product features, learning tools, and content enhancements that improve Qudurat and Tahsili results.
Experience & skills
- Obtain a Bachelorâs degree, preferably from a top-tier or well-reputed university, demonstrating strong academic foundation relevant to learning science and pedagogical best practices.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of learning science, pedagogical best practices, and data-driven education, with the ability to apply these principles to curriculum design, assessment practices, and hybrid learning environments.
- Exhibit proven experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects involving teachers, content teams, product managers, engineers, designers, and academic stakeholders.
- Communicate complex educational, analytical, and technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders using presentations, written documentation, visuals, and videos.
- Demonstrate fluency in Arabic (Native) and English to support collaboration across schools and cross-functional teams.
- Show passion for education technology and consumer-facing learning products, with demonstrated experience in AI-enabled learning or hybrid learning environments.
- Demonstrate experience working within international or multicultural team environments as a preferred qualification.
