Job description
Accenture Strategy & Consulting is hiring a Manager of Finance Transformation Shared Services to deliver strategic, tech-enabled transformations for leading organizations in the Middle East. The role focuses on advising clients on Global Business Services, Shared Service Centers, Centers of Excellence, digital process transformation, organizational design, treasury operations, and working capital optimization. It includes responsibilities such as feasibility assessments, benchmarking, maturity assessment, Target Operating Model design, governance structure, business case development, and change impact assessments. The role integrates GenAI and Agentic architecture to improve efficiency and customer experience. It also involves service management, transition planning, and strategic cost-saving initiatives. Candidates should have a strong consulting background, preferably with experience in resources or oil & gas sectors, and fluency in Arabic is preferred. The position offers collaboration with cross-functional experts, opportunities for innovation, and career growth with access to state-of-the-art technologies and tools within a fast-paced consulting environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on Shared Services, Global Business Services, and Centers of Excellence strategies
- Design and implement digital process transformations and target operating models
- Conduct Shared Services feasibility assessments and develop transformation roadmaps
- Evaluate and apply GenAI and Agentic architecture to drive efficiencies
- Perform maturity assessments and design governance and interaction models
- Develop business cases for proposed organizational structures and transitions
- Implement performance measurement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to change impact assessments across business units
- Engage in business development by identifying opportunities and preparing proposals
Experience & skills
- Possess at least 6 years of experience in consulting and finance transformation projects
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrate knowledge in resources or oil & gas industry (preferred)
- Communicate fluently in Arabic (preferred)
