Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project execution plan, ensuring quality control standards and cost control for on-time completion.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and quality parameters.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with project managers and directors to order materials and arrange labor/sub-contractors.
• Supervise, monitor, and report project progress throughout the cycle to ensure timely completion.
• Lead project progress meetings and coordinate with other departments.
• Oversee installation and construction work, ensuring efficient standards of workmanship.
• Ensure proper record and documentation of completed projects.
• Update project planning data including costs, schedules, and personnel deployment.
• Execute projects within estimated material, labor, and staff costs.
• Make monthly payment applications, obtain certification, and collections via QS & Finance.
• Obtain variation orders for scope changes from the employer.
• Monitor and ensure pre-construction activities such as material submittals and drawings align with the project plan.
• Assign adequate resources to projects in coordination with project head.
• Ensure engineering/design complies with local authority and manufacturer recommendations.
• Assign adequate QA/QC staff and monitor quality performance of projects.
• Ensure no quality deviations occur.
• Ensure compliance with company and subcontractor HSE policies.
• Actively support and participate in safety and environmental initiatives.
