Job description
The Talent Management Specialist provides comprehensive support across Talent Management initiatives including Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Retention, and Emiratization programs. The role focuses on supporting strategic talent initiatives, improving talent processes through digitization, and delivering efficient HR services to employees and management. The position assists in designing and implementing talent management programs, coordinating training initiatives, supporting succession planning, and collaborating with Performance and Rewards teams for career path development. The Talent Management Specialist also maintains talent analytics dashboards, supports automation of talent processes, coordinates Emiratization initiatives such as scholarships and internships, and contributes to continuous improvement through research and best practice implementation.

- Assist in designing and implementing talent management programs to attract and retain talent
- Support development and delivery of training programs based on competency assessments
- Contribute to Emiratization initiatives including scholarships and internships
- Identify training needs and coordinate with training providers

Experience & skills
- Hold Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Demonstrate minimum 5 years of HR experience in Talent Management or Learning and Development
- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in HR systems and talent management tools
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrate experience supporting succession planning and talent initiatives
- Demonstrate familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Demonstrate ability to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Demonstrate strong digital skills for process automation and analytics
