Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic AI roadmap aligned with business goals and industry trends
- Identify high-impact areas where AI can enhance operations, customer satisfaction, and revenue
- Advocate for AI adoption within the organization and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define AI use cases
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, including machine learning models, NLP tools, and predictive analytics
- Ensure AI systems are scalable, reliable, and ethically implemented
- Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align AI initiatives with operational needs
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams about AI capabilities
- Build relationships with academic and industry partners to stay updated on AI advancements
- Develop and implement data strategies including collection, cleansing, and governance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in AI projects
- Establish metrics to evaluate AI solution performance and ROI
- Monitor AI systems and refine models for accuracy and effectiveness
- Identify and mitigate risks or biases in AI implementations
- Represent the organization at AI forums, conferences, and industry events
- Explore innovative AI applications to maintain a competitive edge
- Design and maintain software applications using .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
- Participate in full software development lifecycle and conduct code reviews
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
- Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, machine learning, or data analytics preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in AI, machine learning or data science roles
- Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in complex environments
- Experience in the airline or travel industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business strategies
- Proficiency in documenting business requirements and translating to technical specifications
- Experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server
