Job description
Acts as the primary logistics point of contact for factory operations, coordinating warehousing, distribution, inbound/outbound flows, freight forwarding, customs, and inventory accuracy. Ensures timely GRN, material issuance, dispatch, and SAP transactions while managing 3PL performance and driving LEAN productivity improvements.

Key responsibilities
- Manage warehousing operations including receiving, picking, shipping, storage, and RMA processes
- Coordinate with supply planning, sourcing, vendors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement robust warehousing practices to ensure safety and compliance
- Execute GRN, put-away, KANBAN issuance, OBD creation, dispatch and SAP transactions as per SOPs
- Track shipments and ensure end-to-end transit time compliance with SLAs
- Maintain inventory accuracy through daily book-to-book checks, cycle counts and audits
- Validate 3PL invoices and ensure complete documentation and record keeping
- Support productivity improvements through HOS (LEAN) practices
- Participate in cross-functional teams and logistics tier meetings
- Identify shortages, excess and damages and coordinate with buyers for resolution
Experience & skills
- 2–4 years experience in warehousing, distribution or freight forwarding
- Bachelor’s degree required; SCM or warehouse certifications preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in SAP MM & SD modules and strong ERP literacy
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, functions)
- Knowledge of warehouse processes, packaging standards, and defect management
- Analytical mindset with root-cause problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong customer focus, team orientation and proactive work ethic
