Job description
The Solutions Consultant at Lucidya operates at the intersection of customer needs and AI-driven CX intelligence solutions. The role requires developing a hands-on understanding of Lucidya’s AI-native platform, which autonomously manages the entire customer lifecycle from engagement to retention and growth. The consultant translates complex business problems into clear, actionable solutions using proprietary NLU capabilities trained on multilingual conversations. The position involves partnering with Sales to uncover customer requirements, designing solutions that address both technical and business challenges, leading product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations, executing Proof of Concepts (POCs), responding to RFIs and RFPs, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding. The consultant also communicates market feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, supports account growth by identifying expansion opportunities, and helps refine messaging and positioning based on customer interactions. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and experience in B2B SaaS is essential. Tools used include HubSpot, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep, hands-on understanding of Lucidya’s products and translate knowledge into real-world customer solutions
- Partner with Sales to uncover customer needs and design solutions addressing technical and business challenges
- Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to communicate product value effectively
- Own and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure tangible customer value before purchase decisions
- Support complex sales cycles by answering detailed questions, handling RFIs and RFPs, and addressing customer concerns
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams by communicating feedback, expectations, and gaps to Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation
- Identify account expansion opportunities and help customers envision advanced success with Lucidya
- Ensure smooth handovers from pre-sales to onboarding and Customer Success teams
Experience & skills
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Ops, or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Customer-facing experience including product demos, workshops, and solution-focused conversations
- Proficiency with HubSpot, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to interpret and respond professionally to RFPs
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders
- Proactive, self-directed approach with ownership of commitments
