Job description
The Head, Resource Planning & Administration is responsible for managing the forecasting, identification, allocation, and provision of manpower resources, including both Direct Hire and Call-off personnel. This role encompasses the management of Call-off Manpower contracts, Human Resources-related support, translation services, and the supervision of office facilities within the Projects, Engineering & Procurement Services Directorate. The objective is to meet the organization's strategic goals and business plans effectively. The position requires solid leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, with proficiency in planning software such as Primavera and knowledge of SAP being advantageous. The role demands excellent negotiation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the forecasting, identification, allocation, and provision of manpower resources (Direct Hire and Call-off)
- Oversee the management of Call-off Manpower contracts
- Provide Human Resources-related support to the Projects, Engineering & Procurement Services Directorate
- Supervise translation services and office facilities to support directorate operations
- Ensure alignment of resource planning with organizational objectives and business strategies
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or business administration
- 10ā12 years of work experience, with at least 5ā7 years preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Solid leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in planning software, particularly Primavera; knowledge of SAP is advantageous
