Key responsibilities
- Create strategic plans for clients, focusing on infrastructure, applications, and automation solutions.
- Define IBM Automation and Cloud solutions with a focus on HashiCorp Terraform, Vault, and RedHat technologies.
- Deliver proof of concepts and simplify technical concepts to ensure client comprehension.
- Establish credibility and trust with clients to support the closure of complex technology deals.
- Assist sales teams with strategic opportunities from discovery to closure by providing consultative advice.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and align identity solutions with client objectives.
- Translate business goals into technical solutions through collaborative teamwork.
- Influence senior stakeholders using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate and implement complex security technology projects.
- Translate IAM-related security needs into practical solutions.
Experience & skills
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelorās Degree preferred.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing HashiCorp solutions.
- Experience with IAM tools and systems, such as Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping, or IBM Identity Solutions.
- Experience with RedHat Ansible.
- Excellent communication and project administration skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Expertise in multi-faceted complex security technology projects.
- Ability to translate IAM-related security requirements into effective solutions.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and influencing senior-level decision-makers.
