The Account Manager II - Food Partners at Careem Dubai is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with restaurant partners across the UAE to drive growth, optimize performance, and enhance operational metrics. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute strategic initiatives, analyzing partner performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and advocating internally for partner needs. The position requires fluency in Arabic, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to manage external stakeholders and influence decision-making. The role supports Careem's mission to simplify and improve lives through innovative food delivery solutions while contributing to AI-powered operational enhancements.

Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction
- Drive partners' performance through business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives
- Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to ensure a high-quality experience
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Support onboarding and training of new partners to set them up for success
- Advocate internally for partner needs and work with relevant teams to drive platform improvements
Experience & skills
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or F&B sectors
- Fluent in Arabic
- Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
