Job description
CRM & Revenue Operations Systems Administrator responsible for technical operation, configuration, integration, and optimization of the Go-to-Market (GTM) technology ecosystem within an Enterprise AI environment focused on Financial Crime Prevention and Enterprise Knowledge Intelligence. The role ensures seamless integrations, workflow automation, and data integrity across CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, marketing automation systems, customer intelligence platforms, data enrichment tools, and analytics platforms. The position requires administering systems such as Salesforce, PSA tools, commission calculation platforms, Tableau, and related GTM technologies to maintain governance standards, user access policies, and scalable operational processes. The role involves designing API-based integrations, managing data synchronization logic, performing data mapping, and troubleshooting cross-platform sync issues to eliminate manual data entry and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include serving as technical escalation point for system issues, performing root-cause analysis, collaborating with vendors, maintaining system documentation, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with GDPR, SOC2, and company security standards. The role also supports reporting and analytics by maintaining clean datasets, configuring reporting tables, and enabling BI integrations while delivering scalable processes for revenue growth, forecasting, and operational efficiency across sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations teams.

Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure GTM systems including Salesforce CRM, PSA tools, commission calculation platforms, and Tableau or similar analytics tools
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, governance standards, and access policies across GTM technology platforms
- Build and optimize workflows, automations, sequences, and templates aligned to go-to-market operational requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain API integrations across GTM systems to eliminate manual data entry and improve operational efficiency
- Manage data synchronization logic, data mapping, and troubleshoot cross-platform sync issues across CRM and revenue operations tools
- Serve as technical escalation point for system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term system improvements
- Maintain documentation for system configuration, integrations, workflows, and operational processes to support governance and audits
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations including GDPR and SOC2, and support access reviews and change management processes
- Support reporting and analytics by ensuring clean data, configuring reporting tables, and enabling BI integrations
- Collaborate with sales operations, marketing operations, and customer success teams to translate business processes into scalable technical solutions
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 3–5+ years of experience managing GTM systems in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Professional Services Automation environments
- Possess hands-on technical experience with CRM and GTM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Marketo, and Workato
- Show strong understanding of data structures, API fundamentals, and system integrations across multi-platform ecosystems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Experience with SQL, ETL/ELT workflows, or data lake integrations preferred
- Experience managing enterprise-grade CRM integrations and cross-system workflow automation
- Understanding of data governance, security standards, and compliance frameworks including GDPR and SOC2
- Ability to configure reporting integrations and support analytics and forecasting environments
