Job description

The Senior Business Analyst at DT One plays a critical role in translating complex business requirements into clear functional specifications to support the company’s growth in the global digital payments and mobile top-up industry. This role involves working with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing large datasets, identifying gaps between current and target processes, and creating visual representations of data insights using tools such as Tableau and Excel. The analyst will contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintain accurate documentation in the Product Knowledge Base, and assist with internal training material preparation. A strong background in fintech, telco integrations, prepaid products, FX, and cross-border value flows is highly beneficial. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, use case modeling, and UML notation is advantageous. The position is based in Dubai and supports DT One's mission to provide accessible digital value payments worldwide.
