Fleet performance across bicycles, EVs and tMart operations sits under this Assistant Manager role, with full ownership of how that operation runs day to day. Independent judgment matters here, since the role is expected to operate on its own and drive compliance across the network. You'll own the operational strategy for the fleet, optimizing the mix between bicycles and EVs and setting the roadmap together with stakeholders. Performance metrics get tracked and analyzed regularly, turning raw data into structured updates and clear recommendations for leadership. Compliance at tMarts runs through regular site visits, checking that riders show up and follow protocols, with consistent enforcement for anyone who doesn't. Recurring operational challenges get identified and worked through with long term solutions rather than quick fixes. SOPs get refined continuously, using automation and system improvements to cut manual work and boost efficiency. You're expected to bring 3 to 5 years of operations experience, ideally in last mile delivery, e-commerce or mobility tech, with a track record managing on ground teams. Cross functional work with Performance, 3PL and Rider Lifecycle teams resolves systemic issues, and team building stays central to keeping city level operations aligned.
