Job description
The Senior Solutions Consultant, Content Supply Chain role at Adobe Middle East & Africa is a senior pre-sales position responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business landscape, objectives, and digital transformation goals. The role focuses on demonstrating, articulating, and positioning the value of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, specifically Adobe’s content supply chain solutions, to optimise and support customer digital strategies and address critical business challenges. The position actively drives and manages the technology evaluation stage of the sales process in close partnership with the sales team, serving as the key technical advisor and product advocate. The role requires strong solution selling and value proposition selling methodologies, the ability to articulate technology positioning to both business and technical audiences, and direct in-person customer engagement. The role also involves advising customers on digital change, influencing Adobe’s product roadmap through customer feedback, amplifying Adobe’s presence at field events, and supporting Vision 2030 initiatives in Saudi Arabia through digital innovation and customer experience enablement.

Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business objectives and digital strategies
- Demonstrate and articulate the value of Adobe Experience Cloud and content supply chain solutions
- Drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process as the primary technical advisor
- Partner with sales teams to develop solution strategies that support deal closure
- Position content and workflow solutions in pre-sales engagements through solution selling methodologies
- Deliver solution demonstrations using Value Based Selling techniques to varied audiences
- Advise customers on digital transformation and adoption of content supply chain solutions
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored solution strategies
- Influence Adobe’s product roadmap by conveying customer requirements to Product Management teams
- Represent and amplify Adobe at conferences, seminars, field events, and customer engagements
- Support complex RFP responses and submissions
- Lead and participate in client workshops, presentations, and meetings
- Maintain awareness of competitive offerings and market changes to inform positioning
Experience & skills
- Possess three or more years of experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting capacity within SaaS, consulting, or technology environments
- Demonstrate experience positioning and demonstrating content and workflow solutions
- Exhibit strong understanding of digital marketing, content management, omnichannel delivery, content as a service, asset management, workflow, and capacity management technologies
- Show experience with Adobe Content Supply Chain solutions including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, and Creative Cloud
- Demonstrate familiarity with content architecture concepts including cloud hosting technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and headless or hybrid content management
- Demonstrate ability to identify critical business issues using advanced discovery techniques and propose solution-based approaches
- Exhibit experience supporting technology evaluations, RFP responses, and enterprise sales cycles
