Job description
The Manager β Business Support at ADCB is responsible for overseeing operational support for Relationship Managers within Commercial Banking. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience, managing service delivery, supporting credit processes, and identifying cross-selling opportunities while improving operational efficiency.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Oversee customer maintenance requests and handle queries and complaints
- Monitor service metrics and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure adequate support coverage for Relationship Manager locations
- Manage team supporting documentation and client financial analysis
- Support credit process operations including memo preparation and reviews
- Use data insights to identify cross-sell opportunities
- Educate clients on digital banking platforms and services
- Conduct periodic spot checks to ensure service quality
- Monitor SLAs, TATs, and service standards
- Support revenue generation through enhanced client relationships
Experience & skills
- Minimum 6 years experience in customer-facing commercial banking role
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Strong knowledge of banking systems and operations
- Experience supporting credit processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
