Job description
NEOM is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Strategic Workforce Planning to lead the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of workforce capability models. This role is essential in aligning NEOMās human capital strategy with its ambitious growth plans. You will spearhead data-driven initiatives that enhance workforce productivity, ensure alignment with business needs, and build sustainable planning models that empower departments across NEOMās transformative ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic workforce initiatives aligned with NEOMās business strategy
- Build data-backed models for workforce supply/demand forecasting
- Optimize human capital investment and organizational productivity
- Develop workforce metrics to support strategic and operational decisions
- Solve complex workforce planning challenges using advanced analytics
- Negotiate with stakeholders and advise on workforce planning best practices
- Ensure data integrity across HR and workforce platforms
- Leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, and SQL for analytics
- Collaborate across functions and drive culture change
- Analyze market benchmarks and drive continuous process improvements
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of experience in workforce strategy/planning and advanced analytics
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python or R
- Experience in workforce planning software such as Workday, Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors
- Expertise in strategic planning, cost modeling, scenario analysis, and staffing optimization
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelorās in Business, HR, Data Science, or similar; Masterās preferred
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, PMP, Six Sigma, or Data Analytics preferred
