Job description
The Agentic DevOps Lead – Data & AI role at Accenture Technology is a senior leadership position responsible for architecting, scaling, and operationalizing agentic DevOps frameworks to support enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on designing reusable and portable Agentic DevOps frameworks that enable production readiness, observability, monitoring, and deployment efficiency across public and private cloud environments. The position leads cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and DevOps specialists to deliver robust, scalable, and client-ready agentic systems. Responsibilities span cloud-native CI/CD pipeline architecture across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, ensuring enterprise standards for security, reliability, and compliance, and supporting client enablement by tailoring deployments to diverse environments. The role operates within Accenture’s global Data & AI organization, contributing to large-scale AI transformation initiatives and collaborating closely with solution architects, AI engineers, and client stakeholders across industries.

Key responsibilities
- Define and implement scalable Agentic DevOps strategies and frameworks for Generative AI systems
- Build reusable scaffolding for agent lifecycle management, orchestration, monitoring, and metering
- Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines across public and private cloud environments
- Ensure agentic applications meet enterprise-grade standards for security, reliability, and compliance
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams across DevOps, AI engineering, and client enablement
- Collaborate with solution architects to tailor deployments for client environments and ensure seamless onboarding
- Drive production readiness and operational excellence for multi-agent AI systems
- Support delivery of industry-leading agentic solutions across diverse client engagements
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a minimum of fifteen years of professional experience supported by relevant educational qualifications
- Apply strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Science, or Applied Machine Learning
- Demonstrate proven experience leading DevOps or platform engineering initiatives for AI-driven systems
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Generative AI agentic frameworks and orchestration tools
- Apply deep expertise in cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrate experience designing and operating multi-agent systems in production environments
- Apply familiarity with AI observability, monitoring, and governance frameworks
- Demonstrate experience working in large-scale enterprise or consulting environments
- Demonstrate exposure to regulated or security-sensitive industries
