Job description
The Senior Specialist â CRM at Amaala Yacht Club is responsible for ensuring a world-class member experience through the effective use of the clubâs Customer Relationship Management systems and personalized engagement initiatives. This role acts as a key link between members, operations, and eventsâsupporting data-driven communication, managing inquiries, and facilitating exclusive activations. The ideal candidate will combine CRM expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for luxury service, ensuring every interaction reflects the sophistication and exclusivity of Amaala Yacht Club.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the clubâs CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and consistency.
- Serve as the primary contact for member relations, addressing inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Support the design and delivery of personalized communication campaigns and loyalty programs to enhance member engagement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Events teams to plan and execute high-profile member events and activations.
- Generate reports on CRM activity, member engagement, satisfaction levels, and event participation.
- Manage membership-related administrative tasks, including onboarding, renewals, and application processing.
- Ensure alignment and consistency across all communication touchpoints, maintaining the clubâs luxury service standards.
- Provide bilingual (Arabic/English) communication and translation support for member correspondence and event materials.
- Identify areas for improvement in CRM processes and member experience workflows.
- Champion a culture of excellence, safety, and environmental responsibility in all member interactions.
Experience & skills
- 3â4 years of experience in CRM management, guest relations, or event coordination within luxury hospitality or private clubs.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and strong administrative competence.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Experience coordinating premium or VIP events and activations.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion in handling member data and interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Familiarity with data-driven marketing and engagement reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
