The Product Marketing Manager at Edenred UAE will serve as a strategic growth leader responsible for accelerating the expansion, engagement, and monetization of C3Pay, the companyâs flagship mobile financial services application designed specifically for unbanked and underbanked employees across the UAE. Operating within a highly dynamic and competitive fintech ecosystem, this role requires a unique combination of analytical depth, customer empathy, strategic planning, and creative campaign execution. The position sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and data, ensuring that growth initiatives are not only innovative but also measurable, scalable, and directly aligned with business objectives. As Edenred UAE continues to strengthen its position as the countryâs largest salary processing providerâserving over 6,000 companies and more than 2 million employeesâthe Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving adoption of value-added services such as money transfers, mobile recharge, loyalty subscriptions, and other in-app financial solutions. The role extends beyond traditional marketing execution and requires ownership of the full growth lifecycle. This includes identifying high-potential customer segments, designing acquisition funnels, optimizing onboarding journeys, increasing transaction frequency, improving retention metrics, and maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). The Product Marketing Manager will continuously evaluate user behavior patterns, transaction data, and engagement metrics to uncover opportunities for revenue growth and enhanced user satisfaction. By leveraging data insights, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing methodologies, the role will ensure that every campaign is performance-oriented and optimized for long-term scalability. Collaboration is central to success in this role. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Data, Design, CRM, and Performance Marketing to align messaging, feature rollouts, and campaign execution with overarching strategic priorities. This includes contributing to product roadmap discussions by providing customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis that influence feature development and user experience improvements. The role will also involve stakeholder management across multiple business units, ensuring transparency, alignment, and smooth execution of growth initiatives. Performance measurement will be anchored in clearly defined KPIs, including year-over-year growth in Average Revenue per User (ARPU), increased penetration of value-added services, improved acquisition-to-transaction conversion rates, reduced churn levels, and successful reactivation of dormant users. The Product Marketing Manager will establish structured reporting mechanisms and dashboards to monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously refine strategies based on real-time insights. - Plan, design, and execute data-driven growth campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, reactivation, and Customer Lifetime Value expansion
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify fintech trends, customer behaviors, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Collaborate closely with Design, CRM, Performance Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective campaign delivery
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including project planning, approvals, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking
- Partner with Product teams to enhance in-app campaign experiences and optimize conversion journeys
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using growth marketing metrics and data analytics tools
- Optimize strategies based on insights to improve ARPU, reduce churn, and increase value-added service penetration
- Drive reactivation initiatives targeting dormant users and enhance overall app transaction activity
- Manage stakeholder expectations while improving marketing processes and operational efficiency over time
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within fintech, e-commerce, or subscription-based mobile applications
- Possess strong understanding of growth metrics including ARPU, churn rate, CLV, conversion rate, and retention analysis
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Maintain advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and stakeholder presentations
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely through strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Show adaptability and effectiveness in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure campaign mechanics and execution accuracy
