Job description
This role supports J.P. Morganās Finance and Business Management function across MENA by collaborating with the Saudi Country Business Manager, General Managers, and Senior Country Officer to execute integrated country strategies. It involves developing and implementing cross-business strategic plans, preparing tailored presentations, analyzing key client performance and country profitability, and supporting marketing budget planning and event initiatives. Responsibilities include evaluating strategic opportunities to strengthen market position, preparing market analyses, coordinating infrastructure and support model implementation, and articulating business cases for new initiatives. The position assists with audits, regulatory reviews, remediation plans, and works with Compliance, Audit, Risk, Legal, OTS, and control teams to maintain governance and risk management standards. It includes tracking and reporting P&L, expenses, and headcount; creating operational and strategic reporting; preparing materials and following up on actions for Local Management Committee and governance forums; and supporting cross-regional projects and integration efforts. The role requires advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, analytical rigor, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and strong understanding of risks, controls, and governance processes within a fast-paced financial services environment.

- Track and report P&L, expenses, and headcount for the MENA franchise
- Prepare materials, minutes, and follow-up items for the Local Management Committee
- Contribute to governance and risk management with risk, legal, compliance, OTS, and control teams
- Support execution of J.P. Morganās strategy alongside senior regional leadership
- Champion J.P. Morganās business principles and promote an inclusive work environment
Experience & skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business management, finance, strategy, or consulting within financial services
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, cross-regional environments
- Sound understanding of risks, controls, and governance processes
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong project management skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Experience in Global Banking is preferred
- Familiarity with cross-regional project delivery and integration efforts is advantageous
- Experience engaging senior management and diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience with financial analysis tools is a plus
