Job description
We are seeking a talented Head of Product Management in Home Appliances who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the product life cycle for the home appliances portfolio. This includes developing, monitoring, and expanding the business in the market as well as supporting the Head department in various aspects of Product Management. The Senior Product Manager creates and executes product marketing plans for the business, including go-to-market schedules, demand generation campaigns, and launch materials. They are accountable for the achievement of product KPIs such as revenue, margin, profitability, and market share.

Key responsibilities
- P&L responsibility for assigned product category
- Manage the month-over-month promotions and discounts for assigned products to drive sales and market share objectives, and to ensure that market forecasts are achieved
- Assess the impact of missed forecast on inventory and manufacturing, and take corrective actions
- Formulate and direct the go-to-market strategy in conjunction with cross-functional partners in Demand Generation and Sales
- Oversee overall product strategy and management of the product life cycle
- Lead new product innovation roadmaps in partnership with global HQ
- Coordinate product introductions and model launches with the Sales team, Demand Generation team and other cross-functional partners
- Act as category expert in terms of industry and technology trends, and competitive benchmarking
- Monitor forecast-to-actuals and work with sales, supply chain, and customer stakeholders to optimise inventory levels
- Develop customer-specific strategies, programs and pricing
- Maintain ongoing customer engagement and presentations
- Collaborate with the Training team to create training material for sales associates
- Lead and develop a team of product specialists and managers
- Ensure optimal ROIs for marketing activities
Experience & skills
- Must hold a minimum of a Bachelorās Degree in a related field; MBA is a plus
- 12ā13 years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics sector
- Understanding of the Consumer Electronics market dynamics and technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and clients
- Advanced user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of multitasking efficiency and priority setting
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret data studies
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, distributors
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate marketing initiatives
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
