Job description
The Sales Manager, B2G (UAE) is responsible for driving revenue growth within the UAE government sector for a high-growth EdTech organisation. The role owns the development and execution of government-focused sales strategies, identifying and securing new public-sector opportunities, and building long-term relationships with key government stakeholders. This is a market-facing, target-driven role that requires strong knowledge of UAE government procurement processes, the ability to deliver compelling proposals and presentations, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of EdTech solutions. The position plays a critical role in expanding the company’s regional footprint and delivering high-impact government projects.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the UAE government sector
- Identify and secure new B2G business opportunities across UAE government entities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers
- Prepare, present, and negotiate compelling proposals and presentations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and policies relevant to EdTech and government sales
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in B2G sales, preferably within the EdTech sector
- Strong understanding of UAE government procurement and tendering processes
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and sustain long-term government client relationships
- Strong commercial mindset with focus on growth and market expansion
