Job description
The Legal & Corporate Governance Specialist supports the KSA office by assisting with legal documentation, contract management, and general administrative support to the legal department. The role requires a solid understanding of KSA laws and regulations, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Core scope includes drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents such as contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and corporate resolutions; supporting contract lifecycle management by tracking execution, renewals, and terminations; assisting in governance matters including drafting board resolutions, managing corporate records, and ensuring compliance with company bylaws; conducting legal research on KSA laws, regulations, and compliance requirements and supporting regulatory filings; maintaining legal files, databases, and documentation securely; liaising with external legal counsel and government agencies; monitoring and tracking changes in local laws and regulations that may impact the business; and assisting in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with contract management software and legal tech tools is expected, alongside strong English and Arabic communication skills.

Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification
- 1–2 years of legal experience in the KSA
- Solid understanding of KSA laws and regulatory landscape
- Familiarity with contract management software or legal tech tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive, resourceful team player with high integrity and professionalism
