Job description
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner – Corporate & Business Expansion for its retail division in Dubai. The role serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership, shaping organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategies to enable business growth, agility, and compliance. The position requires strong expertise in building new business units from scratch, managing HR infrastructure during mergers and acquisitions, and delivering scalable HR frameworks for sustainable expansion. Responsibilities include leading organizational restructuring and workforce capability shifts, designing succession and retention strategies, implementing learning and development plans for critical roles, and ensuring compliance with HR policies, internal controls, Emiratization requirements, and local laws. The role also drives financial and HR reporting efficiency, oversees manpower planning, HR budgeting, and employee cost reporting, while leveraging human capital metrics for data-driven leadership advice. Additionally, the HRBP will optimize workforce structures to build lean, multi-skilled teams, support cultural and engagement initiatives, and facilitate organizational communication. Candidates should demonstrate proven experience in organizational design, HR for start-ups, and M&A transitions, with strong skills in change management, coaching, analytics, and performance management. A degree in HR, Psychology, or Business is required, with CIPD certification preferred.

- Lead organizational structure design, workforce planning, and reporting line optimization

- Conduct organizational reviews and assessments to ensure agility and alignment

- Communicate organizational messages and monitor workforce feedback
- Ensure compliance with localization policies and productivity improvement actions
Experience & skills
- Strong HR Business Partner or HR Generalist background
- Proven track record in organizational design, HR for start-ups, and M&A transitions
- Degree in HR, Psychology, or Business
- CIPD qualification preferred
- Expertise in change management, coaching, organizational development, and performance management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional transformation
