The Officer, Market Communication β Marketing and Customer Experience role within the Marketing and Communications Group in the United Arab Emirates focuses on executing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for Private Banking and Branch banking segments under the supervision of the Marketing Manager. The role involves planning, developing, and executing NTB (New-to-Bank) and ETB (Existing-to-Bank) campaigns across digital marketing channels, offline media, public relations (PR), events, research-based marketing insights, and branch branding initiatives. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle campaign development from creative ideation to rollout and performance tracking, coordinating with PR teams to build thought leadership calendars, and executing events aligned with brand strategy. The role requires execution of digital marketing elements such as social media campaigns, web content, SEO/SEM initiatives, display advertising, and database marketing while ensuring compliance with internal Finance policies and regulatory marketing permit requirements from Economic Departments. The candidate is responsible for monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, reporting KPIs on a monthly basis, and identifying optimization opportunities through funnel analysis and conversion tracking in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Digital Studio teams. Additional responsibilities include competitor benchmarking, marketing response development, vendor coordination, budget tracking, accrual management, and payment processing. The role also includes managing branch-level marketing execution, including branding updates across branches, ATMs, and EBSUs, coordinating with vendors for timely delivery, maintaining weekly trackers, and ensuring alignment between branch teams and marketing stakeholders. The position supports continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness through data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and structured execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives within a regulated banking environment focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Private Banking services and branch networks.

Key responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end NTB and ETB marketing campaigns for Private Banking and Branch banking segments including creative development, rollout planning, and performance tracking across digital, offline, PR, events, and research channels.
- Coordinate with PR teams to develop and maintain thought leadership calendars while planning and executing marketing events aligned with strategic banking objectives.
- Manage and execute digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, web content execution, display advertising, and database marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance using KPIs, delivering month-on-month insights and recommending data-driven improvements.
- Track competitor marketing activities and develop appropriate strategic marketing responses to maintain competitive positioning.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor accruals, and payment processes in compliance with Finance policies and organizational governance requirements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by securing necessary marketing permits from Economic Departments and adhering to banking marketing guidelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Digital Studio teams to identify funnel drop-off points and optimize customer conversion pathways.
- Oversee branch marketing execution including branding updates for branches, ATMs, and EBSUs while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders for timely delivery.
- Maintain operational trackers, coordinate stakeholder communications, and ensure timely completion of all marketing and branding-related deliverables
Experience & skills
- Execute minimum 3 years of marketing experience within banking, financial services, or related industries supporting campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Operate a Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field with postgraduate qualification considered an advantage.
- Manage digital marketing tools and channels including SEO/SEM, social media platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools for campaign execution and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong analytical ability to interpret campaign performance data, monitor KPIs, and optimize marketing funnels and conversion rates.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including internal banking teams, external vendors, agencies, and PR partners to execute integrated campaigns.
- Apply budget management skills including tracking marketing spend, managing vendor payments, and ensuring financial compliance with internal policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including obtaining marketing permits and adhering to financial institution marketing governance standards.
- Execute strong communication and execution skills to deliver creative marketing assets, reports, and campaign materials across multiple channels.
- Utilize stakeholder management skills to align marketing objectives across Private Banking and Branch operations teams.
