Job description
The Operations Manager - Account Management (PSCOD) at Transguard Group is responsible for managing day-to-day operations across the Protection Services division in Abu Dhabi, ensuring seamless service delivery that meets all contractual, regulatory, and performance requirements. The role focuses on operational excellence, compliance with SIRA regulations, and maintaining profitability through effective resource planning, budget management, and service optimization. This position involves overseeing service contracts, leading site supervisors and coordinators, ensuring client satisfaction, and enforcing performance metrics aligned with SLAs and KPIs. The Operations Manager will manage billing, revenue forecasting, and payroll data accuracy, while ensuring compliance with both internal policies and client agreements. Responsibilities extend to conducting regular site audits, maintaining updated licenses and training certifications, managing operational assets such as Guard Tek and radios, and ensuring high operational standards in all security and protection activities. The position requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational control. The manager acts as the key liaison between clients, account managers, and internal departments, driving service quality, contract performance, and client relationship management while minimizing commercial and compliance risks.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure service delivery meets all contractual SLAs and KPIs for assigned accounts.
- Lead, guide, and support coordinators and site supervisors in operational and administrative duties.
- Develop and enforce site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage monthly budgets, P&L accounts, invoicing, and revenue forecasting for division contracts.
- Respond to client queries on invoicing and other commercial matters.
- Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations, including staff licensing and renewal processes.
- Plan and forecast attrition, annual leave, and staffing needs to maintain operational efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct site audits and performance reviews, ensuring contract compliance and service excellence.
- Coordinate with clients through regular meetings, preparing minutes, tracking actions, and resolving contractual issues.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth project execution and support in cost-effective operations.
- Monitor data management, payroll processing, and Power BI reports for operational accuracy.
- Implement and track KPIs and quality assurance measures to maintain contract performance.
- Manage assets including Guard Tek and communication equipment, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
- Support business continuity and process improvement initiatives, focusing on cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all internal processes, policies, and CSR objectives.
- Develop and execute training and SIRA compliance plans for team members.
- Ensure staff deployed on all sites are properly licensed and trained according to regulatory standards.
- Address client complaints and operational issues in collaboration with DOC and SOC teams.
- Uphold high standards of safety and professionalism while driving or operating Transguard vehicles.
- Provide performance reports and insights to senior management for strategic planning and improvement.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry, with at least 2 years in security operations management.
- Higher Secondary or University Degree with attestation from home country and UAE MOFA.
- Holding a valid SIRA Manager License is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing P&L, budgets, and revenue forecasts for service contracts.
- Strong knowledge of SIRA regulations and compliance procedures within the UAE.
- Hands-on experience with operational data tools including Power BI, payroll, and reporting systems.
- Experience in leading and coaching large teams across multiple client sites.
- Excellent performance management, strategic planning, and staffing management skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing operational reports and audits.
- Ability to handle client relationships and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
