Job description
Large-scale construction projects in Qassim Province need tight contract control, and this senior engineer at Hill International supports the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation through implementation and compliance. Contract terms are reviewed for risk, with solutions proposed before problems surface. Legal, finance and project management colleagues work with you to keep terms aligned with company policy and objectives. Clients, suppliers and subcontractors stay engaged through steady relationships that make execution smoother. Deliverables, milestones and deadlines are tracked, and contract issues or disputes are resolved promptly. Regular contract audits confirm compliance, and performance reports carry clear recommendations for improvement. Prime contracts and subcontracts on multi-discipline projects call for thorough knowledge of formation, administration, and office and field procedures. At least 15 years in contracts management with overall responsibility on large-scale projects is required, along with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering. Pricing, contract law, change order negotiation, and planning and scheduling experience are expected, as is excellent Arabic and English.
