Job description
The Senior Executive - E-Commerce at Max Fashion in the UAE is responsible for managing the online shopping experience across Max’s omni-channel platforms. The role focuses on coordinating resources to maintain authoritative and high-quality product detail pages, overseeing catalogue quality, and managing initiatives such as image collection, browse cleanups, and photo studio usage. The executive analyzes customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement, plans and executes the site merchandising calendar including email programs, new product launches, and cross-category placements, and develops merchandising for large storewide promotions. The position requires proposing content strategies, testing and analyzing merchandising tactics to increase conversion rates, documenting results, and sharing best practices, ensuring both strategic oversight and tactical execution of E-Commerce initiatives.

- Coordinate and manage resources to provide accurate and authoritative product detail page content
- Manage catalogue quality and associated projects including attribute and image collection, browse cleanups, and photo studio usage
- Analyze customer behaviors such as searching, browsing, and purchasing to identify issues and opportunities

Experience & skills
- Experience in E-Commerce site merchandising, content management, or similar role
- Ability to manage catalogue quality and product data improvement initiatives
- Analytical skills to interpret customer behavior and content metrics
- Experience planning and executing merchandising calendars, promotions, and campaigns
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including buyers and marketing
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing browse trees, search results, and site layout
- Strategic and tactical thinking to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
