Job description
Licences for firm-wide AI tools and agents only pay off when people use them, and closing that gap across PwC Middle East is the core of this position. Sitting within AI Strategy & Technology under Internal Firm Services, you will own the adoption strategy, setting the direction, priorities and targets that move staff from awareness to daily use. Measurement carries equal weight, with KPIs to define and dashboards in Power BI and platform analytics to build and maintain. Usage and engagement data then guide where adoption effort goes next. ROI work runs alongside, through surveys, time-and-value studies and benefit analysis, with results and investment recommendations presented to senior leadership, including ExCo. The AI champions network also looks to you for strategy, playbooks and enablement assets, while the wider team handles day to day activity. Onboarding programmes, use-case clinics and targeted campaigns are yours to design, aimed at the teams and licences where usage is lagging. Candidates usually bring 4+ years in AI/digital adoption, enablement, transformation or value realisation, along with hands-on Power BI and advanced Excel skills, and SQL, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Prosci / ADKAR are all advantages. Fluent English is required, and Arabic helps.
